1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 35dg platform and its users ("you" or "user"). By using our services through the 35dg website, mobile version, or any other channel, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

35dg is an online betting and casino platform that provides entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. By accessing our platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

Keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. If any unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify us immediately at [email protected].

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Always log out after using a public device.
• Change your password regularly.
• Notify us immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.

The account holder is fully responsible for all activity on the account until you have notified us of a security breach.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use 35dg's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a resident of a country or region where accessing online gaming services is not prohibited by law.
• You must use this platform of your own free will and decision — not as a representative of any professional body or organization.
• You have not previously been removed or banned from 35dg.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

For depositing funds at 35dg, we support Bangladesh's popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 per method.
• Deposited funds must come from an account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made on behalf of a third party are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Example 2: ৳12,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳17,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has its own terms and expiry, which are clearly stated with the offer.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 35dg reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is active, unless explicitly permitted.

6 Gaming & Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games and betting on the 35dg platform:

• All games are operated on the basis of fair play principles.
• Winnings obtained illegitimately due to a technical error will not be paid out.
• 35dg's decision on game outcomes is considered final.
• In the event of an internet disconnection, the last state saved on the server for any active bet will be taken as the authoritative record.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bets accepted before an odds change will remain valid at the original odds.
• 35dg reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 35dg platform:

• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Placing bets or playing games using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Attempting to manipulate or defraud the bonus system.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Inappropriate behaviour or harassment towards other players or staff.
• Operating more than one account.
• Operating an account with a false identity or false information.

11 Account Suspension or Closure

11.1 Closure by 35dg

35dg may suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity.
• Providing false information during the KYC process.
• Being identified as an underage user.

11.2 Closure by the User
